There is something about 2 ingredient recipes that are catching my eye this month. First, I made 2 Ingredient Fluff Cake which was a sweet success and today I decided to try a Pinterest recipe for 2 Ingredient Peach Ice Cream that also turned out delicious.
The 2 ingredients - sweetened condensed milk and frozen peaches are whipped together in a blender and turn into the most delicious and creamy peach soft serve ice cream. I made this with regular frozen peaches from the grocery store, but since peach season is starting, you could use fresh peaches, cut into chunks and frozen. The original pin and recipe can be found here.
This is a fun, easy recipe to make and perfect for a hot summer day. Have a wonderful weekend!
P.S. I'm almost done with Liane Moriarty's new book Truly, Madly Guilty and though the Amazon reviews are not the best, I'm enjoying it and I find it very similar to her other books. I'll post a review next week.
