One of the dishes I made for Christmas dinner was Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes. It was a big hit and went perfectly with our ham. Also, you can make it ahead and just put in the oven to bake, before your guests arrive. You can find the original pin and recipe here.

ReplyDeleteThese look very yummy. Similar to ones we call 'Sunshine potatoes'. Thanks for sharing with Share Your Cup. Isn't it funny how your mind plays trick on you? Last night we played games with 4 of our friends. We are a game loving family. One game we played, Word on the Street" you had to think of words to use as many of the letter tiles as possible. The more times you used a letter the more you got to move it to your side. I said, "queen, then we can move the n twice". Since when did the word queen have two n's and only one e? lol!
