This recipe for Chicken Spaghetti, from The Pioneer Woman, is one that I kept coming across from time to time. I kept hearing how good it was and that made me curious to see if it was true. I own The Pioneer Woman's first cookbook and her recipes are easy to follow and truly delicious family style dishes.
Putting together this recipe's simple ingredients was quickly accomplished and soon I had a hearty dinner bubbling away in the oven. There is something so satisfying about having a simple casserole type dish baking in the oven, that you know your family will enjoy.
This dish was definitely as advertised - filled with yummy flavor. It even had just the right amount of kick, with the addition of the cayenne pepper. Served with a salad, this made the perfect, cozy dinner, on a cool fall evening.
The Pioneer Woman has a new cookbook, A Year of Holidays, coming out this month and it looks fabulous. I love recipes centered around special occasions and entertaining - so (hint hint) this would make a great Christmas present for the cook in your life.
Happy Tuesday!

ReplyDeleteI love her recipes and have her first cookbook. I have always wanted to bake her chocolate sheet cake but keep putting it off. I hope you are well. I have been off and on my blog lately. I had no clue how difficult having a booth and blogging would be. xo, olive
ReplyDeleteI have her chicken soup on the stove right now. It's the one using frozen Reames noodles. I am a fan of her TV program. Love seeing her life on the ranch. I have the new cookbook preordered. All of her recipes are so down to earth.
