Tacos are a staple at our house, but I have never tried to make chicken fajitas. When I saw this recipe for Oven Baked Chicken Fajitas on Pinterest, it looked so easy and quick, I decided to give it a try. It looked like the chicken would have a lot of great flavor from the spices like cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and oregano. There is very little oil used, so it is a healthy version too.
